With whom we share your data?

We engage third party companies who assist us in providing our services and products or support us with certain functions of these applications.

Microsoft We use Microsoft O365 for emails and other office work and we host our client database in a Microsoft Azure data center. Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA) stores and processes your personal data on our behalf on servers within the European Union. Lawful processing

We will only process your personal data if we have a lawful basis for doing so. Lawful bases for processing include consent, contractual performance and our “legitimate interests” as further described below.

Contract Performance

We process Personal Data as a matter of “contractual necessity”. That means that we need to process some data to be able to provide services for you, e.g., when you make an appointment.

Legitimate Interest

When we have a business or commercial reason of our own to use your information, this is called a ‘legitimate interest’. We will tell you what that is, if we are going to rely on it as the reason for using your data. Even then, it must not unfairly go against your interests.

Consent

In some cases, we process personal data based on the consent you expressly grant to us. When we process personal data based on your consent, we indicate that to you at the point and time of collection.

From time to time, we may also need to process personal data to comply with a legal obligation, if it is necessary to protect the vital interests of you or other data subjects, or if it is necessary for a task carried out in the public interest.

International Data Transfers

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. We maintain a database with our clients’ data on a Microsoft Azure server in a data center in Germany.

From what sources do we obtain your personal data?

Inuko obtains your personal data directly from you.

Automated decision making and profiling

We do NOT make any automated decisions nor profiling with legal or similar significant effect on you.

Personal data from Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 16. If you believe that we may have collected Personal Information from someone under the applicable age of consent in your country without proper consent, please contact us and will work to investigate and address the issue.

If you are a child under 16 years of age, you are not permitted to use the Service and should not send any information about yourself to us through the Service.

How we protect your information

Your data is stored securely on our behalf in a Microsoft Azure data center in Europe. We endeavor to keep your data current and accurate. Please help us keep your data up to date by contacting us if there are any changes. We have in place strict security procedures for the storage and disclosure of your information to prevent unauthorized access.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to us via our website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.
